Danielle Gang and Michael Lombardo

Danielle Gang and Michael Lombardo’s stylish Tampa wedding was inspired by Old Hollywood glamour.  The couple wed on March 24, 2012, in a very intimate and romantic ceremony full of sentimental details.

Danielle wore a gorgeous Alfred Angelo gown and completed her bridal look with a dazzling pair of Christian Louboutins. Her bouquet consisted of dark calla lilies, dark orchids, fiddle ferns and pink garden roses.

Danielle and Michael said “I do” in front of a makeshift mantle. It was decorated with props, books and family photos from their parents’ wedding days.

The bride and groom met in Fort Lauderdale, where Danielle was living at the time. Michael is in the band, Miggs, and Danielle saw him perform at one of their shows. They kept in touch and dated for about a year and a half before he proposed.

For their first dance, Michael surprised Danielle with a song that he wrote and recorded called “Always and Forever.”

The gold and cream tablescapes were embellished books, lanterns, flowers and crystal candelabras. Their three-tier cherry blossom cake by Let Them Eat Cake consisted of red velvet and chocolate ganache.

Danielle’s favorite parts of the day: “Hearing the song my husband wrote for me, when we were officially husband and wife, seeing all of our loved ones in the same place, hearing the amazing speeches that were given, [and] dancing the night away.”

Michael built this impressive photobooth himself, and it could pass as a replica of a wall in their home. “People loved it and had a blast!” says Danielle.

The couple honeymooned in Italy and Greece. They reside in Tampa.
