If you’ve always wanted to feel like a fairytale princess on your wedding day, now’s your chance. Walt Disney World has announced that couples can now say “I do” in the park’s East Plaza Garden, with Cinderella’s Castle in view in the background. Though weddings have long been big business at the world-famous theme park, until now, Cinderella’s Castle was off limits.
The space accommodates 100 guests for a ceremony—the required ceremony time is 9:30 a.m.—and brides can even make a grand entrance along Main Street in Cinderella’s glass coach or a horse-drawn carriage. Following the wedding ceremony, couples and their company will be shuttled to their respective reception venue located elsewhere on the resort’s grounds.
There’s a minimum $25,000 ceremony venue fee for the location, which includes use of the site, upgraded chairs, a sound system, a greenery package, a string trio, and Main Street Vehicles for wedding parties. Fees vary from there depending on customization and which wedding options couples choose.
