Legendary fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld is known for the gorgeous gowns and chic sportswear that he sends down catwalks each season from New York to Paris to London (and, most recently, Cuba) for Chanel, Fendi, and his own eponymous label. But now the German designer is lending his artistic touch to a whole new realm of the fashion world—jewelry.
According to Vogue, Lagerfeld is now in a licensing agreement with jeweler Frederick Goldman to distribute Karl Lagerfeld fine jewelry in the United States, as well as Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Lagerfeld’s first fine jewelry collection will roll out this fall, with a focus on engagement rings for the Millennial set. What to expect? Vogue says the collection will comprise three designs featuring spikes, geometric shapes, and arches inspired by Parisian architecture.
Prices for the rings, which will be available in white and yellow gold and platinum, range from $1,000 to $10,000. Head over to Vogue to see the rest of the collection.
